We are looking for a Construction Civil Supervisor to join the Site team at Jurong Island.

Main duties will be:

• Underground works knowledge (Firewater, Potencial contaminated water system, other piping works)
• Coordinate amongst subcontractors and various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.
• Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
• Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
• Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

Main requirements are:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in oil and gas projects.
• Engineering degree.
• Fluent Level of English.
• High Level of Spanish will be a plus.

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced spa therapist to perform massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guests' needs and preferences. The spa therapist's responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests’ needs. You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.

To be successful as a spa therapist, you should keep abreast of the latest industry techniques with respect to massages and therapies to provide exceptional customer service. Ultimately, an outstanding spa therapist should be able to demonstrate respectfulness, patience, and tact to help guests feel more comfortable and at ease.

Spa Therapist Responsibilities:

• Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
• Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
• Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.

Spa Therapist Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
• Proven experience working as a spa therapist.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Patience and respect.

Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer.

Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.

Work closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.

Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule.

Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain all revisions of project drawings.

Update and maintain drafting log.

Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings.

Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications.

Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.

Participate in project meetings and conference calls

Job Description

· Tube fitting work in Oil & gas systems.

· Able to read schematic drawings to perform the installation work

· Check all components and Size tube fittings according to schematic drawings

· Perform component Layout , Install components and carry out interconnecting tubing considering proper layout

· Knowledge of tube bending and installation activities – Example - Cut , deburr clean , bend , Install etc

· Check all tubing work which are single tubes and group tubing

· Proficient in the use of tools of the trade

Job requirement

· I.T.E or equivalent

· Minimum 3 Years of experience as instrument fitter in Oil& Petrochemical construction industry or Marine Industry

· Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation installation works

· Tubing Course Certification by Authorised Training providers (Mandatory)

· Good team player with multi-task capabilities
