Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry
• Must be proficient and have about 5 years’ experience of working with the BIM Authoring Tools
• Good knowledge of Bentley/Autodesk BIM software and MS Office
• Able to read and interpret Mechanical & Electrical drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash collection from service staffs
• Update service collection into CSM & ERP
• Print daily service collection report for Service Manager or Senior Technical Supervisor signatory
• Submit daily cash & collection report to Finance Department
• Update spare part used in daily jobs into CSM
• Update job status into CSM
• Scan daily job sheet and upload to server
• Reply email enquiries
• Submit quotation to school for any service request
• Help spare part team to count stock during annual stock take.

• Attend to daily service fault calls, troubleshoot issues, manage machine movement, and perform preventive maintenance and installation/commissioning of equipment as assigned by the department head.
• Collaborate with principals to diagnose technical problems, determine solutions, and assist customers in implementing fixes.
• Provide basic operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Track equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown services, and spare parts data.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices using company systems.
• Conduct pre-delivery checks and assemble equipment.
• Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts within the system.
• Work independently and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

Technician Requirements:

• Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met
• Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors
• Hands-on and technical assistance for FP & Plumbing system installation and troubleshooting on site
• Prepare material requisition for all FP & Plumbing equipment and materials
• Prepare work programme for FP & Plumbing works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme
• Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards
• Participate in in-house engineering design works of FP & Plumbing system, including detailed design, calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc
• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Participate in liaison with FP & Plumbing suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation
• Prepare material submittals for FP & Plumbing system to the Consultant for approval
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all FP & Plumbing equipment and materials
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

• Experienced in structural engineering design works mainly for road/viaduct projects.
• Supervision of drafting for the preparation of project documentation.
• Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
• Assist in the preparation of technical detail for quotations, contract documentation and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
• Participate in the planning of projects as required.
• Previous experience in the use and application of Appropriate Singapore local and international Standards for structural design.

Job Requirement
