Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Develop new Master Batch Records (MBRs) by utilizing existing templates to support Technology Transfers.
• Generate high-quality documentation that complies with applicable standards and user requirements.
• Write and edit technical information and instructions to maintain factual accuracy.
• Work closely with SMEs from various disciplines on documentation requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of MBRs, including creation, review, revision, and approval on a product campaign basis.
• Maintain a system to track upcoming changes for implementation in all future product campaigns.
• Ensure MBRs adhere to approved templates and structures.
• Deliver MBRs in strict accordance with the production schedule

General Scope :

• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
• To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
• Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day maintenance services of electrical and field instruments in the process plant.
• Lead in the investigation/trouble-shoot of instrument fault or failure and provide effective and viable corrective and preventive action.
• Analyse and improve equipment reliability of plant to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
• Good knowledge and hand-on experience with DCS and PLC system.
• Prepare long-term maintenance plan for plant instrument, CV, Motor & Electrical Equip etc.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
• Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
• Manage inventory control, quality of in-house contractor and vendor work.
• Responsible to ensure ISO/Mandatory calibration document, instrument files and work order documentation is timely complete with accurate in accordance with SOP
• Develop, revise and review of SOPs for maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (eg. TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC etc.).
• Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience as an E&I Engineer in chemical plant.
• Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
• Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Able to design Mold from a part drawing
2. Able to create mold assembly layout and part detail drawings
3. CAM programming for mold fabrication
4. Oversee Mold Fabrication, assembly and testing
5. In Depth Knowledge in Solidworks and SolidCAM
6. Technically inclined on Plastic Mold Concept
7. Documentation skills (Design Review, Drawings filing, etc)
8. Basic Machining Background

Job Description & Requirements

• Provide overall assistance in safeguard the compliance of company product in term of country compliance, religion compliance as well as customer policy compliance.
• Provide technical support to perfumer, evaluator, and affiliates on product compliance queries.
• Ensure every project are setting up with appropriate and adequate product safety requirement.
• Responsible for the checking of all new formulas/projects to ensure that they comply to the regulatory requirement.
• Take care of halal certification of product.
• Take care of customer documents request including IFRA statement, product composition declaration, Halal and animal product declaration documents etc.
• Power user of GHS software in producing GHS compliance SDS for country where samples/products sending to.
• Manage customer policy information and customer survey.
• Keep abreast on regulation update and provide technical advice on how it affects our current products and future creations
• Work with affiliates on SRA project and topics.
• Assist the SRA Manager on any job-related assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Issuing of Purchase Orders to local and overseas vendors

• Monitor shipping schedules and liase with vendors, freight forwarders and internal warehouse team to ensure timely receipt of cargo

• Checking of import documentations, prepare cargo receiving form and input goods receipt into SAP system

• Prepare export documentations for export cargo

• Scanning and filing of cargo arrival documentations

• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/GCE A/O levels

• Organized and meticulous

• Proficient in MS Office (Especially Excel)
