• Responsible for pre-comm & commissioning activities for new projects
• Participate in audits (internal & external) and accountable in closing corrective action items
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigation and accountable in closing action items
• Appointed as acting Site Supervisor when situation arises
• Any other day to day operational matters as required

Requirements

• At least 3 years Operational experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations and site-based activity or equivalent.
• 5 years E&I experience in Chemical Process Plant.

Support key strategic initiatives and projects to drive the development of Own Brands business at the strategic and portfolio level. Including generating key market and competitive insights, financial and commercial performance reviews, product portfolio development work, and yield management work.

• Safeguarding New Products Launch and Margins:
  • PIC overseeing the progress, and timeline from product sourcing to launch.
