Job Description & Requirements
Duties include but not limited to:
To review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings, including variation orders for projects.
To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
To supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
To manage M&E subcontractor's work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission, and approval.
To assist Project Manager for site M&E services planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections.
To carry out inspections when required (according to ISO requirements) for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied.
To ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date.
To responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
To ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
To coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E consultant and vendors to resolve construction and installation issues.
Job Requirement
Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of local working experience in the construction industry.
Strong in filing documentations and tracking.
Ability to control sub-contractor with substance.
Professional attitude with grit, perseverance and team player.
Strong command in English (orally and written).
Preferably able converse in Mandarin in view of mandarin speaking partners and clients.
Competent in Autocad.
