We are a logistics courier delivery company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong. We are looking to hire a full-time Truck attendant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist driver to collect/deliver a variety of items (various weight & size

ready to ship)

• Able to load items into van/truck independently

• Collection of goods from different customer warehouses for delivery

• Loading and unloading of goods using pallet jacks to/from van/truck

to warehouse

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers or supervisors

• Not necessary to have Class 3/4 license.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary - $1600 (Probation) to $1800 (confirmation)

• Performance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $300 monthly for good attendance and

depends on performance appraisal! (No lateness or absence)

• Tenure allowance - Eligible employees will receive tenure allowance

upon reaching their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of service. It will be a daily

paid allowance on top of current basic salary.

• Overtime payable

• $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs

Working hours: (5.5 days work week)

• Mon-Fri: 10am - 7pm

• Sat: 10am to 2pm

• Assist in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications
• Assist and participate in testing and test results analysis for assigned projects

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Basic skillset should be to design various tools & equipment with latest industry/design codes and analysis

Job Scope:

· Preparation of supplier invoices, staff claims and invoices for approvals.

· Processing payments follow up by bank entries.

· In charge of maintaining the cash flow and do weekly forecasts.

· Maintaining generic mailbox – prompt checking and responding on action items.

· Coordinate vendor management - account details of new/current vendors.

· Involve in month end closing activities such as Accruals, bank reconciliation and AP/AR reconciliations.
