Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and enhancing the customer visit experience
- Help with crowd control and ensure visitor safety
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the playground
- Manage playground inventory and storage
- Operate and maintain playground equipment
- Support daily check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist with daily event activities and performances
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- 16 years or older
- Able to work weekdays, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and school holidays
- Minimum qualification of a GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, creating a welcoming, energetic, and friendly atmosphere
- Ability to work well with young children and their families
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
