Key accountabilities
Guest Experience & Delivery
· Welcome and serve guest in an efficient and friendly manner and provide a high level of product and service knowledge.
· Facilitate efficient guest flow throughout the greeting and gathering areas.
· Deal with guest issues directly and resolve promptly whenever possible. Escalate to Team Leader when required.
· Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring guests have all necessary information and assistance.
· Manage box office operations, including ticket sales, distribution, and resolving any ticket-related issues.
· Forward all guest feedback regarding guest experience and complaints to the Venue Manager to review.
Safety
· Communicate safety briefings and enforce safety rules to guests.
· Contribute to a safe environment for all guests, team members and contractors with a prevention focus.
· Abide by safety updates and changes communicated by management.
Event Management
· Prepare and set up event spaces.
· Deliver a coordinated event experience from arrival to departure.
Stock Management & Merchandise
· Stock and present merchandise according to standards.
· Manage stock rotation, sales, and storage.
· Ensure accurate inventory records.
Presentation & Cleanliness
· Maintain a wall presented and clean premises
Requirement
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- No experience welcome (Training will be provided)
- Able to commit for 4 - 6 months (Casual position)
- Able to commit for 6 months till 31 March 2025 (Full Time position)
