Job Summary

The regional marketing manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the assigned business units in CASAJ region. This role will also be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns within the CASAJ region. As Language Manager for the Vietnamese speaking market, you will be involved in ensuring that we deliver a great user experience to our international audience through high quality translations. Responsibilities

• Reviewing, editing and/or translating high visibility UI content and high priority long form content of Meta family of apps and other core experiences in English-to-Vietnamese

• Serve as the voice of the APAC region in global HR forums, advocating for regional needs and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Regularly communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.

Data & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on regional data to inform future HR strategies.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence and customizing global programs for regional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong change management skills and experience with large-scale organizational transformations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.

Preferred Skill:

• Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics sectors.
• Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in at least one other language spoken within the APAC region.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
