Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Beauty outlet Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage the staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Customer Service & Marketing Assistance:

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

· Supervise all aspects of Front Office operations and assist with all Reception tasks including check-ins and check-outs when required.

· To welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.

· To develop and maintain relationship with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.

· Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping and Facilities department to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience.
