• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in Cloud Infrastructure and AI environments.

Governance and Risk Management

• Ensure relevant risks and/or issues are brought to the attention of the WRB Chief of Staff
• Support WRB risk governance tasks, such as risk papers, corporate plan risk challenge
• Support all governance and remediation related activities and ensure proper compliance
• Manage and upkeep WRB Management Team collaborative sites and distribution lists

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the WRB CEO’s additional remit or responsibilities e.g. CEO, GCNA; Lifting Participation MT co-sponsor; Global D&I Council Chair
• Support the WRB Chief of Staff in driving special projects as needed

Our Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of Banking experience
• Strong business acumen and experienced navigator of the organisation, with a good understanding of WRB business and market landscape, especially in our largest markets
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset, to influence and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability and willingness to take a hands-on approach to getting things done, proactiveness, and ability to anticipate requirements
• Ability to problem-solve and handle ambiguity, including flexibility to adapt to changes and peaks in workload at short notice
• Ability to prioritise and balance between work on broad strategic projects and day-to-day process-oriented tasks
• Expert communication skills – oral, written and visual
• Inquisitive mind with the ability to structure, organise or simplify complex information
• Domain knowledge and expertise in Risk or Finance is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with GCNA banking and regulatory landscape is an advantage
• Experience with event management is an advantage
