Key Responsibilities

Group and SEC Reporting:

· Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SEC requirements.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting for the group, integrating insights from various subsidiaries and departments.

· Maintain compliance with NASDAQ and US GAAP reporting standards, staying updated on regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.

Management Reporting:

· Conduct in-depth financial analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing variance analysis against budget and forecast.

Audit and Regulatory Compliance:

· Act as the primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with NASDAQ, SEC, and SOX (if applicable) requirements.

· Maintain an in-depth understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations, proactively adapting reporting processes to ensure compliance.

· Drive a culture of compliance and financial discipline within the finance team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 3 years at a publicly listed company (NASDAQ experience preferred).

· Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks governing listed companies.

· Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial reporting software.

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to Company’s warehouse(s)

The incumbent shall deliver IT systems to the business to efficiently support DC Operations, Security
