They must have in-depth knowledge of music copyright, and experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting master use and synchronization license agreements; library license agreements; composer, songwriter, and performer agreements; music director and music producer agreements; record label and music publishing waivers; and soundtrack album agreements. They must have strong contacts in the Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and/or Chinese-language music industry, including with record labels, publishers, libraries, production agencies, artists, songwriters, and managers.

Experience in the film or series industry and knowledge of the film/series production and distribution process (e.g., development to post, cue sheets, and marketing) is highly preferred.
