THE ROLE

This individual will assist the QC Manager in managing Quality Checks for all raw materials and finished goods as well as maintaining all Quality documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent works closely with the QC Manager on all aspects of Quality Control, in particular, on product reliability and compliance with all established product standards. Ensures that all aspects of quality within the organization are upheld.
• This position reports directly to the QC Manager.
• The incumbent maintains overall purviews for all aspects of quality within the organization and hence, is entrusted with developing checks to ensure that standards are maintained and/or exceeded.
• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• Conducts periodic checks and analyses on all WIPs.
• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory use.
• Assist QA with failure analyses, and corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Work with various departments on the maintenance of company quality manuals pertaining to operating procedures.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Pharm, Biotechnology / Degree in Chemistry, Quality Assurance
• Able to do 12-hour rotating shifts (4-day work week and night shift)

THE ROLE

This individual is responsible for execution of compounding chemicals. He should be able understand the flow of mixing and work harmoniously with the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent manages the chemicals with the objective of minimize the mixing plant downtime, as well as assist technician on the BFS machine in times of shortage manpower.
• This position reports directly to the Chemical Process Supervisor.
• The incumbent works closely with CP Supervisor on matter of mixing priorities, manpower allocation, machinery documentation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the machinery.
• The incumbent is responsible for mixing process.
  a. Need to countercheck raw material needed for the mixing.
  b. Maintain the tanks and surrounding area free of dirt.
  c. Coordinate with group to do inline cleaning in place and steam in place.
  d. Documentation for RMR including bubble point test and chemical weighing.
  e. Regeneration of RO water system
• The incumbent is responsible for mixing flow, mixing plant breakdown and daily routine mixing plant. He should be able to understand the piping system of the plant tank and know to prepare the valves from the mixing area going to BFS machine. Must know how to collect water from the mixing plant going to BFS machine.

• Experience in cleanroom area and pharmaceutical field.

1. POSITION

Your appointment will be Production Technician. Reporting directly to Production Supervisor, your role and responsibilities are outlined as follows:

a) Carry out production activities under designated role and fulfill the membrane product orders;

b) Able to identify and trouble-shoot onsite and help resolve problems arise during production;

Responsibilities:

• Inspects incoming raw materials for compliance with current standards.
• Conducts periodic test analysis on products undergoing stability studies.
• Inspects incoming packaging materials for compliance with current standards.
• Performs microbiological testing and environmental monitoring according to SOPs.
• Prepares test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory use.
• Assists Chemist, Lab Supervisor, and Micro Supervisor in maintaining company quality manuals related to operating procedures.
• Assists in GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control.
• Assist in maintaining QC-related files.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Qualification Tests:

• Conduct qualification tests for new products, product changes, and new sources.
• Issue comprehensive test reports detailing the findings and results of qualification tests.
• Ensure all tests are performed according to established protocols and standards

Support Cost-Saving Initiatives:

• Qualify and continuously monitor vendors and internal process to ensure quality materials and components at competitive prices without compromising quality.
• Validate alternative materials and suppliers that offer cost advantages.

Localization and Supply Chain Optimization:

• Assess and qualify local suppliers to meet quality standards, reducing dependence on distant suppliers.
• Ensure consistent quality from localized suppliers through rigorous testing and qualification processes.
• Oversee the transition to local suppliers, providing technical support and guidance.

Support on Root Cause Analysis and Issue Resolution:

• Support root cause analysis for any findings or failures during qualification tests.
• Propose and implement corrective actions to address issues identified during testing.

Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Take care of routine maintenance of all test facilities and equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure all testing equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Streamlining Testing Procedures:

• Implement comprehensive testing protocols for new and existing products.
• Optimize existing testing procedures to reduce time and resource consumption while maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
• Provide training for staff on new testing protocols and maintain thorough documentation for consistency and compliance.

5S Workplace Organization:

• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and efficient work environment in line with 5S principles.
• Promote and adhere to 5S practices to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, laboratory, and site service will be highly considered, even without a diploma.
• Experience in service and site installation is highly valued.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing protocols, and experience with localization efforts.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good habit of maintaining a well-organized workplace according to 5S principles.
• Ability to plan, execute, and document tests effectively, with proactive management of test deviations.

Job Description & Requirements

· Ensure timely generation and issuance of NDT report on daily basis.

· The inspector/team lead / engineer will perform inspections applying various NDT techniques in accordance with applicable specific code, procedure, and or written criteria.

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in UT, MT, PT, ET, RT and RI.

· Must be a PCN Level 2 or ISO Level II in the above NDT methods.

· Familiar with codes and standards.

· Candidate must be flexible and responsive when call for assignments and willing to work after hours and weekends when necessary.
