Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, servicing, and installation of plant mechanical equipment (e.g., Pumps, valves, gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, belts).
• Understand fundamental mechanical concepts such as alignment, welding procedures and requirements, vibration monitoring, balancing of rotating equipment, thermal expansion, torque.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.

Associate Engineering E&I (Senior Technician)
A E&I technician is responsible for reliability and maintenance of the equipment’s in manufacturing process, Utility and facility. Associate Engineering E&I (Senior Technician)
A E&I technician is responsible for reliability and maintenance of the equipment’s in manufacturing process, Utility and facility. Their job involves performing preventive/predictive maintenance, Calibration, Routine inspections, troubleshooting issues and repairs to ensure that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.

Your main responsibilities:

• Performs installation, Calibration, Servicing and repairs for the electrical, instrumentation and automation-based equipment’s, systems and facilities with adherence to site safety and quality requirements
• Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment failures to determine the root cause promptly to increase the machine uptime and ensuring continuous operation
• Plan, Schedule and execute calibration and corrective maintenance for instruments to ensure minimal Production impact without any over dues
• Identify and Manage inventory for Electrical & Instruments related spares and always ensuring availability for maintenance or repairs
• Adhere to regulatory standards by diligently maintaining precise documentation of calibration activities, including thorough records of calibration, repairs and replacement tasks
• Work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers and relevant departments to address E&I issues and optimize equipment performance
• Keep updated on the latest technologies and advancements in Electrical, Instrumentation and automation systems by actively participating in training programs that help improve skills and knowledge
• Opportunities for improvement in E&I and automation systems, suggesting upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Assist to Perform in testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) activities
• Supervise and oversee third party contractors where applicable
• Possessing the flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, over time, Standby for emergency repair after office hours/week ends and public holidays where applicable
• Able to promptly access the situation and understand when to escalate to a higher level

What you have to offer:

• NTC/ITC/Diploma in electrical or Instrumentation & Control engineering or its related field from an accredited technical institution
• 3-5 Years of experience in electrical, Instrumentation and control system maintenance, Calibration and troubleshooting preferably in a sterile manufacturing plant, Cleanroom or petrochemical environment
• Strong Electrical, Instrumentation and automation discipline knowledge together with hands-on working experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practice is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively and work at the start-up environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate in dynamic, cross functional matrix environment
• LEW certification will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Siemens PCS 7 platform knowledge would be an added advantage

Blending the company’s based petroleum/lubricant product in accordance with specific requirements for distribution to customers throughout the entire customer base.

Job scope:

• Design, plan, and implement layout for our lube blending equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
• Assemble, operate and maintain pilot scale lube blending system
• Develop and implement safety procedures for the team
• Facilitate trial production to support product improvement and development
• Identify areas of opportunities for process improvement, modification and optimization ideas

Responsibilties and Duties:

• Prepare base stock oils and blend according to specified for each particular lubricant.
• Place additives into blend by pumping into blend tank.
• Perform visual inspections and pull samples to test for formula, viscosity, and quality.
• Forward samples to laboratory for testing and analysis purposes.
• Manage adjustments to products and blends as needed.
• Operate boiler that adjusts heating requirements for various blends.
• Transfer finished product to holding tank.
• Pump out finished product from holding tank into tankers for delivery.
• Maintain all aspects related to safety and quality control for our processing and blending.
• Ensure that the formulas are followed for each blended product and that we have an oil analysis showing each batch meets the proper specification before moving into our finished goods inventory.

A) JOB SUMMARY

Assist continuous improvement engineer to audit process flow and gathering data. Ensure workers are following SOP to produce quality products. Work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.

B) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

• Responsible to conduct daily audit on operation process flow.
• Observe workers closely to make sure all equipment/parameters is being used/follow properly and maintained to the correct standards.
• Responsible to evaluate and analyse data to find ways to improve efficiency/quality and reducing downtime.
• Provide technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
• Develop new manufacturing processes (applying automation concept) and to improve processes that already exist.
• Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
