Accountable for handling & executing Electrical related works for:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance
- Reactive Maintenance
- Ad-hoc jobs
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machineries, and other things to be used.
- Planning of works for the task given.
- Conduct inspection before and after the work.
- Able to communicate with the User
- Communicate closely to Supervisors by updating the works such as before, progress, after or completion of works on site.
- Hands-on and Key Mechanical experience needed
1. Local wire colour code.
2. Able to perform hands-on troubleshooting on electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).
3. Experience / taken part in Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned (genset switch) would be advantageous.
4. Knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes and electrical loading.
5. Awareness in electrical hazards & safety
- Routine servicing, repairs and replacement of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.
- Responsible for any ad hoc duties tasked by direct Supervisor or Management
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the designated Building premises as assigned.
- Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
- To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as required

- LEW would be an advantage
Job Requirements
- Educational qualifications with either of the following:
1. Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
2. NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
3. Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant FM discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
4. Minimum 10 years of experience. Able to work in hospital setting
- Able to work in hospital setting.
- Able to commit to 5.5 work week with staggered rest days implemented due to operational requirements.
- Able to work Overtime as and when operational requirements or work urgency entails.
