Assist the Major Complex Loss Team with report preparation to ensure prompt claim settlements and provide essential administrative support. You will be involved in the acceptance of work, issuance of reports, and fee management during the service delivery process. • Assist Major Complex Loss Team with report preparation in order to settle claims promptly;
• Assist the Major Complex Loss Team in meeting service and reporting agreements throughout the claims process, from registering the work to issuing reports
• Provide administrative support to Major Complex Loss team to ensure proper time recording and expense submission;
• Register the claim on system and issuing acceptance of work to client upon as instructed by Lead adjuster;
• Ensure Reporting Template is consistent;
• Maintain regular contact with your Adjusting Team to discuss service delivery or to discuss and agree any actions for more complex or challenging claims;
• Assist in the preparation of presentation ;
• Comply with Sedgwick processes and procedures;
• Ensure consistency in reporting standards and email response with respect of report and fee matters;
• Achieve objectives as agreed with your line manager during appraisals/ one to one meetings;

Attain personal development by attaining basic insurance certification by either CII, ANZIIF, ANZILA or SCI

Responsibilities:

- To perform job assignments by selecting, using and maintaining various service tools correctly.

- To perform installation of electrical switches, sensors, transducers, transmitters, current transformers, alternator components, control panels, etc.

- To perform installation of engine wiring as accordance with the drawings provided.

- To disassemble and assemble engine components i.e. oil pump, water pump and cylinder head, etc.

- To perform engine valve lash adjustment.

- To assist and perform mechanical works i.e. installation of radiator assembly, couplings, engines, alternators, gearbox, piping, hoses, etc.

- To assist and perform alignment works for radiator assembly, engine and alternator installation.

- To prepare generators for load test.

- To perform safety devices test and load test including the recording of the required parameter readings.

- To perform ET tool connection onto engine to view diagnostic codes and events and file date.

- To perform troubleshooting on engines and generators when problems arises.

- Knowledge of Hydraulic Staring System, Marine Gearbox, AC Power Alternator, alignment, control panel and testing will of advantage.

- To perform general servicing on engines and alternators.

- IT knowledge will be of advantage.

- Programmable Logic Control knowledge will be of advantage.

Requirements:

- Possess an ITE or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.

- Electrical hands-on experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Science teaching & learning resources based on:

a. Workbook requirements

b. Teaching needs e.g. pull out plant model display when the P3s are learning about plants to be showcased in the lab

2. Maintain cleanliness of the two labs and the equipment

3. Arrange for feeding of the fish in the aquaponics system (both indoor and outdoor), pond at eco-garden

4. Stock-take of equipment at least twice a year

5. Assist in the inventory taking when the external audit asset team comes by

6. Assist teachers in the lab during lab sessions if required

7. Assist teachers in innovative learning lab for Science-related activities whenever possible including setting up of projector to play video in canteen during recess time

8. Assist teachers in preparation of activities for Environmental and Science club

9. Look into the display and loaning of Science books to the students on an ad-hoc basis, either in lab or in the canteen

10. Help to assist in recess activities during Science department events such as integrated learning week

11. Help to assist during Science practical test days, will be required to work longer on some days in Term 2 to prepare and to assist during the days. (Up till 2:30pm, 2 – 3 days prior and after the

practical test days)

Qualifications:

1. Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level

2. Have experience working in similar work environment (prior

working experience in a school will be an added advantage)
