What You Will Be Doing

To work with the Manager, Student Admissions (SA) to manage matters pertaining to admissions of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver, credit recognition, student admission systems and IT projects.

• Assist to develop and maintain an effective system for the planning of all administrative operations within the department.
• Assist to structure and maintain the department so as to facilitate effective performance by department staff through optimum delegationand clearly established individual responsibilities and objectives.
• To ensure department staff perform their work effectively towards meeting the established objectives.
• To assess and monitor work in progress and assess work performance of staff towards meeting the established objectives.
• To manage the application and admission process, including processing of applications, course offers and acceptance, and appeals forprogrammes.
• To manage the process of verifying applicants’ academic data with MOE, local polytechnics and autonomous universities.
• To manage the acceptance of offer process for all selected applicants.
• To manage the course fee payment of new students.
• To monitor accurate and up-to-date statistics on admissions.
• To assist in preparation of any adhoc statistics request by internal or external stakeholders.
• To assist in the review of policies and procedures pertaining to student admissions.
• To develop and maintain an effective and efficient system for application and admission, CEX waiver and credit recognition.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder or GCE ‘A’ Level or Polytechnic Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably administrative.
• Has some supervisory working experience.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese will be an advantage as the role will involve communication with international students from China.
• PC literate, with Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Executes the social media, online, and offline Marketing strategy and PR of the hotel as directed by the General Manager.
• Handles the hotel's online reputation on all online platforms. The position is responsible for achieving the Trust Score objective of the hotel. Main Responsibilities:

You will support the Corporate Secretarial function for the group in accordance with corporate policies, provide business support to the Group's stakeholders, and assist with managing the requirements for a growing number of group entities administered by multiple service providers across multiple jurisdictions. These include to:

• Prepare documentation and/or organise with third parties to draft documentation
• Coordinate for timely signature and dating of documentation, and monitor the status of tasks/documentation
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all company documentation on file (e.g. board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents), and filed promptly
• Coordinate and/or draft Director's resolutions, meeting minutes/AGM as and when required
• Assist with new company incorporations and set up, winding down, liquidating and dissolving companies
• Support KYC and information requests
• Provide business support such as maintaining the statutory compliance schedule, and coordinating with Finance on matters such as bank account opening, and assist business units as required
• Assist with standardisation, documentation, and automation of processes
• Develop an in-house library of commonly used documents, and ensure internal folders are maintained and updated timely

• Degree qualification or equivalent is preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider and/or a similar in-house role with multi-jurisdictional experience, including administering Singapore entities
• Good business understanding of corporate secretarial & regulatory requirements, operations, legal structure and obligations
• Meticulous and detail oriented with effective time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to see the big picture and consider the impact of the tasks performed
