Job Description

• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Organize Bushiroad's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad’s events and tournaments circuits
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage PR materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Has an innovative mindset to strategically plan annual tournament schedules for Bushiroad’s trading card games (TCG) brands
• Must have basic knowledge of social media management
• Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
• Hybrid work environment to support and optimize daily operations on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage the creation of learner accounts within the LMS and ensure the assignment of courses aligns with the enrolled learners.
• Create and administer Webinar sessions in the LMS.
• Maintain the synchronization of assessment results with learners' accounts on the LMS.
• Provide dedicated support to learners and trainers, assisting in resolving any LMS-related issues they encounter.
• Actively contribute as a pivotal team member in supporting and implementing a new LMS for the Academy.
• Occasional duty to support Academy courses, averaging 2-4 times a year. Flexible off days will be compensated for work deployments after office hours.

OVERVIEW

As WTT’s Executive Producer, you'll lead the Video and Multimedia Content Production and Media Distribution operations within the WTT Marketing & Communications department, focusing on engaging, innovative content that extends our reach and boosts revenues. Your role involves strategising and overseeing all aspects of WTT’s video content, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Broadcast team for top-tier production quality.

You will manage budgets, lead creative content campaigns, and ensure content aligns with WTT’s essence and branding. This position requires a strong partnership with Events, Communications, and Partnerships teams to create compelling live broadcast, streaming and promotional content, to drive fan base growth, and leverage insights for strategic decisions. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, merging creative vision with technical execution to elevate WTT's global presence.

This role reports to the WTT Director of Marketing & Communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically lead the Video Production and Media Distribution teams, setting vision and goals aligned with WTT's objectives to engage audiences and increase revenues.
• Collaborate with the Broadcast Team to streamline live event coverage, ensuring high-quality production values across all platforms.
• Oversee budget management for video production and multimedia content creation, optimising resources for efficient and impactful output.
• Direct the creation and delivery of all multimedia content, including rights content to partners, promotional material for events, branded content for partnerships and for WTT-owned social media channels.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with the ITTF Communications team, WTT China’s Media team, WTT Events team, and the WTT Commercial & Partnerships team to ensure content synergy and brand consistency.
• Implement a data-led approach to content strategy, enhancing fan base growth and engagement across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
• Innovate in multimedia storytelling, exploring new formats and technologies to keep WTT at the forefront of sports broadcasting.
• Manage and mentor the Video Production and Media Distribution teams, encouraging professional growth and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in executive production, with a strong portfolio in broadcast content production and streaming/VOD.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of broadcast technology, live event production, and digital media trends.

• Liaise with Project Manager and engineers to gather project scope and system/ connectivity specifications necessary for drafting
• Work with engineers on drawing requirement, model accuracy, design and drafting standards
• Create 2-D and 3-D drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software, namely Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Naviswork and AutoCAD
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy with the project team
• Identify potential system crashes, and propose redesign in consultation with project team
• Maintain all revisions of project drawings, and update drafting logs
