• Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers, electricity retailers and channel partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively seek out and engage potential customers and channel partners through various channels, including cold calling and networking. Conduct presentations and develop sales strategy to achieve sales conversion.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Plan, coordinate and work closely with Operations and system vendor to ensure smooth running of day-to-day business activities.
• Develop new or refine existing workflows where necessary to achieve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective marketing pitchbook, collateral and website and social media content.
• Gather feedback from customers, retailers and channel partners to improve business offerings and remain competitive.
• Identify and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, business practices and competition to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
• Review and access system requirements to support product offerings.
