Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Campus IT Services department in all general and administrative matters.
• Procurement of hardware, IT related consumables, software for departments.
• Prepare, record and keep track of Purchase Orders, Delivery orders, invoices and license renewal.
• Track expenditures and budget.
• Organize and facilitate department activities/ Team building.
• Perform uploading and maintenance of departmental information to the Intranet.
• Assist in the scheduling of meetings and documentation of minutes with Schools/Admin/Vendors.
• Record keeping of system documentations and maintenance of operations guide.
• Monitor of annual license renewal for subscription-based applications.
• Assist the Chief IT Officer in all other assigned duties.
• Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating events.
• Participate in university-wide events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement creative promotions initiatives to ensure maximum publicity and grow listenership. This includes event branding, merchandising, and forging links with lifestyle and desired brands that appeal to the stations target audience for branding and listener loyalty purposes.
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients, including suppliers, clients and partners to ensure effective execution of promotion and sales plans and/or campaigns.
• Coordinate client campaigns for DJs to deliver whilst creating new program elements that can be monetized & grow new revenue opportunities for station.
• Drive higher social engagement by working closely with Digital Social Media manager for social media activations.
• Work closely with the sales team, clients and DJs for the production and execution of open talks, live reads and ad-libs, on-air trailers, long term sponsorships, on ground events/roadshows etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for publicity/supplies of services necessary for station driven events/campaigns.
• Manage the stations promotions budget and monthly on-air roster.

• Fresh graduates (with a Diploma or Degree) with little to no experience are also welcomed
• Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communication, Media & Communication or related fields

Responsibilities

• Service and support of all network & telecommunication, front office, back office, architectures & network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), WIFI, servers, security & SOX controls, PCs & peripherals; etc and ensuring implementation are in accordance with the agreed design
• Ensure all IT services are meeting service level agreement and issues are being resolved in a timely manner
• Able to manage internal and external resources when delivering any projects or tasks and ensure all deliverables are on time and on budget
• Respond to email, calls and requests from users
• On site or remote IT support for IT hardware/software, follow up to remediate the vulnerabilities and/or threats and network related issues on users’ PC
• Assist users to troubleshoot IT problems, escalation & discuss issues with team members to identify root cause and resolve issue for users
• Carry out installation, upgrading of hardware and software, assist in daily IT operation work and take on projects
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement
• Maintenance and operations of IT equipment in server rooms
• Maintain IT inventory of hardware/software/licenses

Requirements

• Relevant IT experience (e.g. hands-on IT hardware and software maintenance and installations as well as network infrastructure knowledge)
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in an IT Support or System/Network Admin role
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experienced and knowledge in Wordpress, Outlook, Firewall, WAN, LAN and wireless network
• Basic knowledge on Team Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing
• Possess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalents

· Act as a key stakeholder and manage relationships with various departments
