Core purpose of the role: This position will play a pivotal role in the operations team for all HR related matters. You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.
