- Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function-wide meetings where necessary.

- Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT facilities matters to resolve issues timely.

- Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials, and meeting room booking.

- You will also assist in any additional duties, adhoc projects and admin as assigned.

Job Description:

• Conduct due diligence on new and existing accounts, and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Analyze and verify client information, documentation and financial transactions
• Identify and highlight any potential fraudulent transactions and inconsistencies
