RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.
• Familiarise with all emergency response, incident & crisis management and business continuity plans and procedures.
• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Site Incident Controller (SIC) in conducting fire drills, evacuation exercise, disaster exercise, table-top exercise and manage real incidents.
• To conduct preliminary investigation on all reported incidents and submit the incident report by end of the day.
• In charge of FCC and supervise the daily operations.
• Manage all ACMV, Lighting, Fire Alarm System, EM Doors, Paging, Lift Monitor System, Carpark System, CCTV in the FCC.
• To delegate respective competent Technicians to carry out daily checks and repair works at every shift.
• To check, prepare and update accurate event technical requirements ACMV and Lighting during work shift and for the following day if required.
• Manage and operate building systems to achieve energy efficiency and water saving and 3 also to reduce & recycling of waste.
• To ensure that the CERT response appropriately and promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Able to do overtime and work on Saturday and Sunday if required.
• Any other duties as requested by Reporting Officer.

Job Overview

The Contracts Admin will be responsible for managing the tendering process for various contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to develop and submit competitive and comprehensive tenders, negotiating terms and conditions, and overseeing the execution of contracts to ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Tender Management:

- Coordinate and manage the entire tender process from initial identification of opportunities through to contract award.

- Develop tender documents, proposals, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs).

- Ensure all tender submissions meet the client's specifications, company standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Solution and Automation department in providing robotics and automation solutions to support the achievement of operation and business objectives to drive long term sustainable business growth.

What you will be doing

Robotics & Automation Solutions:

• Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contracts or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visits and presentation.
• Initiate and lead projects, from scoping to implementation phase with a focus on Robotics & Automation.

·       Assess Robotics & Automation opportunities across the business and provide cost-benefit analysis for investments required

The successful candidate

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive client relationships. About the Role:

• To provide assist and support to the Account Director who is overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage all the projects in his charge.
• Offer technical and logistical support to both new and existing accounts within the purview of the Account Director.
