Main responsibilities

• Contract review and drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.

The position is responsible for coordinating and administrating among rooms division team and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, organization of the divisional work flow, follow-through on pending projects. Primary Responsibilities

Manages Administration and General Tasks

This position is responsible for the marketing and leasing of offices, F&B and retail outlets, Childcare Centre, Medical Centre, among others on the NTU main campus, preparing of lease agreements, licence and service agreements and finding the right tenants for units available for lease. The Senior Executive, Leasing will engage actively with other Offices in NTU as well as student bodies in meeting the needs of the NTU community. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable potential tenants, reaching out to them to understand their space requirements and marketing suitable units to them.

• Performing lease management and administration, including new and existing leases for renewal.
