Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing, branding and advertising strategies
• Develop and manage company social media, website and e-commerce platforms.
• Implement online sales and marketing plans to generate interest and create awareness.
• Generating online traffic and process website order to increase profitability.
• Create and execute digital marketing ads campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and other campaigns, in Google, Facebook, Instagram, EDMs, newsletters for club members.
• Constantly monitor and report performance of websites, campaigns & digital projects, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct studies on current and future trends in the industry to finetune marketing plans
• Continuously propose and implement actionable recommendation, updates to identify key customer segments, more effective advertising channels and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from reputable institutions in marketing, business or data science.
• Organized and highly motivated, fast learner

• Proficient in English communication and writing.

• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Must be able to execute branding or advertising campaigns on social media such as corporate websites, Google, Facebook & Instagram and E-commerce sites.
• Adobe creative suite skills, Excel skills, and basic HTML skUpdateills

• Good IT and numerate skills
• Ability to create webpages in InstanPage, WooCommerce, Shoplify, WordPress is preferred

Job Description

• Provides equipment training and technical support to users
• Conducts routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Liaises with vendors and engineers on equipment-related issues
• Follows preventative maintenance schedule for calibration and cleaning of lab equipment
• Understands and follows all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Assists in daily lab operation and ensure safety in the lab
• Maintains good laboratory safety and housekeeping standards
• Orders basic lab supplies and equipment consumables
• Undertakes additional tasks as assigned by management to support the operational and safety objectives of the laboratory

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines
• 1 year of experience working with analytical equipment (Those with no experience are welcomed to apply)
• Experience with GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS is preferred
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting analytical equipment
• Strong computer skills and experience with instrument and database software
• Attention to detail and ability to efficiently organize tasks
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively within a diverse team including a small group of laboratory technologists and a larger group of researchers
• High standards for working safely, including proper storage, labelling, and use of chemicals, compliance with safe work practices and policies, and housekeeping requirement

Job Description

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment functions (Advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, training record,contract preparation and etc...)

3. Maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

Job Scope

• Handle full spectrum of the HR function.
• Handle payroll process (headcount 150- 200), employee tax matters.
• Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
• Process work passes application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
• Arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
• Stationery and office maintenance.
• Ad-hoc duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing UAT test cases and scripts based on system requirements.
• Execute UAT, log defects, and provide end-user feedback.
• Ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to communicate UAT feedback and incorporate it effectively.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, as well as assist in preparing agendas and meeting notes, gathering documents, and sending pre-meeting notices.
• Perform system migration support, which involves data cleaning, data mapping, migration testing, and migration progress reporting
• Assist in reviewing financial reports to ensure alignment with grant terms, checking the accuracy of financial data, ensuring reports compliance with policies, and conducting internal audits
• Support the team with additional assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1–2 years in a relevant administrative position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with e-documents
