Overview: -

• Basic Salary: UP $3.8K + AWS + VB
• Woodlands - Senoko
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6.10pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer portals are up-to-date and accessible.
• Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Oversee marketing-related purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinating with relevant teams for quick and effective resolution.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.

You will need: -

• Min. Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years experience, marketing admin is a plus
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
