About the role

Job Duties:

• Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
• Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
• Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
• Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
• Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma

This role is responsible for providing legal, contractual and commercial advice for our company and its affiliates business in the APAC region, ensuring expertise in the areas of law, risks and compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead and drive day-to-day Legal operations excellence through effective development and reviews of key Legal operations metrics
• Advise on contractual and commercial matters and legal issues involving governmental and regulatory law

Job Description
