We are looking for a motivated intern who will assist the team with planning, researching, and analysing strategic plans. Join our client, a multinational Financial services firm looking to grow a new business unit. You will report direct to the Group General Counsel, with a line to the Head of Business. Key Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders on the drafting, review and negotiations on a broad range of contracts, such as vendor engagements, NDAs, software licensing agreements, and other corporate and commercial activities.
• Provide legal advice to the internal stakeholders on various matters, such as contractual rights, obligations, interpretation of terms and litigation matters.
