Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager oversees and manages sales and relationships with the most critical and strategic retail clients. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by optimising retail client potential. You will also lead and mentor key account executives and collaborate with other departments to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the company.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, marketing or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in the sales field in the FMCG industry, with working knowledge of drugstores, beauty speciality and department store environment.

Overview

M-DAQ Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager who is well-versed with Capital Market Services (CMS) license operations, particularly in Foreign Exchange (FX) over the counter (OTC) and derivative products. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and a track record in implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs within the financial service sector.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of MAS relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to CMS
• Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders while ensuring proactive adjustments to compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
