Reporting to Senior Manager/Assistant Director (Product Management), this role supports the Product Managers in engaging Product Users to drive Product adoption, awareness, and education. This role also assists Product Managers in managing Product Backlog, testing, and validating the Product, as well as other agile project activities across the product lifecycle. This role is expected to also help in collecting, collating and basic analysis of Product data and feedback.
[What you will be working on:]
•   Manage Product Users’ Engagement by supporting Product Managers in developing strategies and plans to engage internal and external stakeholders to launch, implement, drive adoption, awareness, and education of Products, such as NLB Mobile App, Seat Booking System, Express Borrowing Gantry, and also future Products such as Content Discovery app.Â
•   Assist Product Managers to collect and collate Product data from multiple channels, e.g., web statistics, app statistics, user feedback and perform basic analysis to help Product Managers better understand the asks and needs of the users with simple insights. Work closely with other data teams to track results and translate insights into actions.
•   Assist Product Managers in managing the Product Backlog by recording new user stories and setting initial priority for them. Follow up with Product Managers to set up regular Product Backlog refinement sessions.
•   Assist Product Managers or ScrumMasters in organising agile activities and to update/ upkeep Agile tools like JIRA, etc.
[What we are looking for:]
•   At least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in a product-focused organisation. Fresh graduates with the relevant knowledge are welcomed to apply.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•   Ability to engage stakeholders from all walks of life.
•   Knowledge of agile methodologies and processes (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.)
•   Comfortable with data and possess basic data analytic skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
•   Interest in growing into Product Manager role.
•   Design skills and experience with design tools is added advantage.
Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building.
Successful applicant will be appointed on a project contract until 31 Dec 2025.
