• Contract preparation, review and negotiation support
• Review contracts for sales, construction, purchasing/procurement, or EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and other commercial matters. Direct participation in negotiation may be requested depending on situations.
• Tasks include support for seeking approval from headquarters on essential deals, by providing certain explanation on the matters
• Update existing standard contracts, systems and procedures, provides training and guidance to internal clients.
• Dispute resolution support
• Support business teams to solve emerging and actual claims and disputes, litigations and arbitration.
