Purpose of the Role

The Campaign Director is a senior strategic and creative client-facing position providing leadership to a team of account executives and account managers. This person will work with the senior management team to ensure that their office delivers a creative and forward-thinking client service. They are responsible for meeting client expectations and ensuring the client is kept fully up to date with critical activity on the account. In addition, they are responsible for developing that relationship by identifying and selling additional services, thereby impacting revenues and income.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Client Management

• Engages in and ensures a strategic relationship with the client, providing insight and partnership across all aspects of the marketing and communications spectrum

Content

• Oversees the creation of high-quality and engaging content, providing knowledgeable quality control and guidance to all relevant colleagues

Digital / social media

• Uses social media to recognise trends and proactively promotes new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimise client PR campaigns across the business

Team Working and Development

• Takes overall leadership responsibility for the campaign team, including coaching, supervision, assessment and reviews of all team members

• Defines deliverable client objectives and sets standards of excellence for all client activity, driving commitment from all levels of the team

About You

• Highly commercial, with strong strategic client consultancy skills
• Relevant experience of working in a B2B, public sector, corporate, consumer, or digital communications agency environment at a Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Director level
• Strong communication skills in all forms, and is able to confidently communicate with industry leaders
• Experience in crisis communications is an advantage
• Well-versed in social media and the integration of digital marketing into the PR landscape

SCOPE

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. He/She must ensure that safety and security measures in the hotel are observed at all times and will respond to first aid incidents and apply effective first aid for guest and team members.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Take charge of the control room and monitor CCTV at all times.
• Handle all incoming information etc with confidentiality and forward to the concerned person.

NAVIATAIRE AIRLINE IT LEGAL SUPPORT APAC AND META
Manage legal support for Navitaire Airline IT for entire APAC and META markets in order to enable sales teams achieving their financial, strategic and operational objectives by providing solution-oriented, responsive and commercially-practical legal advice, while containing legal risks and exposure to the maximum extent possible. Where negotiation of certain positions is required, properly identifying the risks involved and internal approvals required. Drafting, negotiating and interpreting a wide variety of commercial issues and technology contracts agreements with airline customers, varying in nature, complexity and value, and work on all phases of deals, ranging from the proposal/bid review stages, right through to final negotiation, escalation to senior leadership and dealing with any post signature issues, claims and litigation. 

STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Work closely as a strategic and trusted business partner with and as part of the Navitaire business units' leadership team in APAC and META, and with Amadeus Airline IT leadership in China, identifying, analyzing and taking action to implement commercial strategies while managing legal and risk-related issues which may impact the performance and the reputation of the business lines.
