Main responsibilities and tasks
1. Planning and determine the branch's business strategy in line with the Bank's goals and policies.
2. Oversee the opening all types of corporate accounts and services
3. Supervise the operation of credit transactions and consider loans within the credit limit set by the bank, including monitoring the use of the credit limit and managing the customer's portfolio to be in accordance with the loan contract and managing controls to be in accordance with the Bank's objectives and policies
4. Daily cash management, managing the branch's liquidity, including overseeing the analysis and planning of investments in financial instruments.
5. Supervise the operation of import-export transactions, including a letter of guarantee and preparation of foreign business reports
6. Taking care of account coordination with the relevant accounting departments, including calculation of capital funds and expenses related to social welfare of local employees.
7. Building good relationships with existing customers. Exploring new customers for potential business opportunities in expanding the bank's business
8. Supervise the operations of the branch in accordance with the Bank's operating regulations and the regulations of the country, eg MAS.
9. Taking care of accounting, preparing contracts, reports, including coordination with the relevant accounting departments as well as computing taxes in order to submit various tax items within the specified period.
10. Managing risks within the branch being the Risk Owner together with the Head of other units (Risk Manager) in accordance with the bank's Risk Management Policy.
