Roles & Responsibilities

• Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
• Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
• Conduct survey on condition of flats
• Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely
• Handle queries and feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
• Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relation with the residents.

Requirements:

• Competent and possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage public relation issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
• Team player, diligent and willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with public relations work experience preferred.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language.

Job Type: Full-time

• Provide level 2 application support, liaise with level 1 and level 3 support teams within the organizations to resolve reported issues and incidents.
• Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests and provide regular progress reports.
• Coordinate closely with support teams to test and deploy application defect fixes, enhancements and patches to production environment in accordance with project methodologies.
• Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance and hotfix deployments.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for application enhancements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-8 years’ experience in IT industry, inclusive of 2+ years’ experience in application support and operations.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, methodologies and processes including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile.

• Drive service operations and management of major incidents.
• Work with Level 2/3 application support teams to use monitoring tools to uncover the backend dependencies for mission critical applications and make sure that they are instrumented appropriately
• Develop/build dashboards to show the overall health of a complex application and other accompanying dashboards to show the health of dependent systems

Job Description Security and Safety Officer:

• Maintain a secure and clean facility environment, adhering to safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for security and fire protection equipment.
• Supervise and conduct training for staff and vendors on security, housekeeping, and fire safety procedures.
• Identify and address instances of workplace safety and health (WSH) non-compliance and unsafe practices.
• Alert team members to emergency situations and potential hazards.
• Support WSH programs and initiatives, collect data on WSH performance, and conduct routine checks on work activities.
• Participate in investigations of incidents and accidents, report findings, and implement actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant study with 1 to 2 years of HSE experience in Warehouse/ Distribution Centre/ Manufacturing
• Comfortable to travel among distribution centres
