A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Act as Incident first responder, reviewing and verifying system alerts
• Perform security incident discovery, triage, and remediation plan coordination.
• Daily analysis of SIEM events to identify malicious events and define use-cases to alert the operations team on threat events.
• Identified and onboarded assets into SIEM with all necessary use cases, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitoring of security procedures and practices; recommend optimizations and improvements when gaps are identified
• Provide support on IDS, SIEM, vulnerability management systems (VMS) and advanced endpoint detection/prevention.
• Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the SOC Manager

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience with analysis of server, network and web security events.
• Working experience with SIEM and VMS support tools.
• Security certifications like SSCP and CISSP will be an added advantage
• ITILV4 foundation certified is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• A team player and can also work on own initiative.
• Willing to work on 12-hour shift pattern.

The Job

· All Distribution and/or Product related matters for the Wealth and Personal Banking – Insurance (WPB Insurance) business in Singapore.

· Legal work on Distribution matters primarily involves providing legal advice relating to the sale and distribution of WPB Insurance products through third party channels. The work will include the review and negotiation of distribution and partnership agreements and consideration of the company’s risk framework relating to the engagement of third party distributors.

· Insurance products covered include Life (including high net worth, retail and investment-linked products) and Health (including individual and Group hospitalisation and employee benefits).

· Product work will involve (a) preparation of standard documentation for new products and reviewing/amending on-the-shelf products as required, (b) participation in product governance discussions to assess legal, reputational and conduct risks and (c) in respect of more complex products, considerations of customer/sales suitability.

· Evaluate and respond to changes in the law and regulation relevant to the products and channels under the lawyer’s remit so as to manage existing legal risks and identify and manage new/ emerging legal risks.

· Work/advise on all associated marketing, customer acquisition, digital projects and data privacy advisory matters; where required, working with subject matter experts in the wider Legal team.

· Assisting and collaborating with the SG WPB Legal team and with the wider legal teams in Singapore and ASP. This may include providing additional support on matters relevant to the SG WPB Insurance business and working on regional projects.

The Talent

· Qualified Lawyer with no less than 7 years PQE.

· Solid post qualification experience working in insurance and/or corporate commercial practices of a reputable international or Singapore law firm or, at an in-house legal department (of which at least 3 years must be gained at a reputable international or Singapore law firm).

· Experience with insurance or banking documentation. Strong drafting skills required.

· Experience with commercial transactions and documentation including advising on legal issues relating to confidentiality, data privacy, competition law, dispute management, consumer protection.

· Sound knowledge of insurance law and regulations applicable in Singapore. Experience with cross-border laws and regulations of other Asian jurisdictions is a plus.

· Ability to work directly with cross functional teams including business teams.

1. Lead, manage and provide cybersecurity governance and related support activities such as: -

• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments on IT assets and vulnerabilities, including logs analysis and security assessments;

• Ensuring all penetration and vulnerability assessment findings, gap analyses, deviations and threat analyses is properly tracked, managed, and resolved in a timely manner;

• Planning and executing cybersecurity initiatives to protect against emerging threats;

• Working with Group of IT to implement and ensure compliance for the company and its Overseas Business Units on the following: -

1. • Group Cyber Security Master Plan (CSMP)
2. • Group IT Security Standards (GITSS)
3. • Group Operational Technology Security Standards (GOTSS)

• Conducting monthly phishing exercises, information security awareness training;

• Organising Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Table-Top exercise with internal stakeholders annually;

The successful candidate should preferably possess the following:-

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent

• At least 5 years of professional experience in security governance, security audits, security systems management, protection of classified and sensitive information, and compliance management.

• Professional certifications in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (“CISSP”) OR

• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) certifications in cybersecurity is essential.

• Prior experience in conducting risk assessments and gap analyses is essential.

• Prior experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity and data protection policies, procedures, and standards is essential.

• Prior experience in at least 2 of the below is essential: -

• IT infrastructure support / applications development / project management / team management

• Strong understanding in cloud security, application security, network security, and data protection is preferred.
