Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and advise on a broad range of banking - related contracts with respect to the businesses of the Bank (i.e.Corporate, Commercial, Retail and Treasury).
• Manage and advise on regulatory matters of the Bank – including but not limited to PDPA.
• Draft, review and advise on ISDA related matters.
• Assist in handling dispute related matters.
