Job Description
We are looking for an individual with a passion for cyber security to represent Avaloq’s security controls to customers, and ensure that Avaloq is meeting all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements around protection of data.
The role requires a strong background and understanding of all cyber security domains and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In this position, you will be part of the global cyber security operations team and represent Avaloq’s security controls to our customers in Asia, coordinate and respond to customer audits, as well as support our security teams in Singapore, Manila, and Pune.

Your key tasks
- Represent Avaloq’s security organization in meetings with Customer CISOs and security teams
- Coordinate customer audits, validate and respond to findings, and ensure and issues are tracked through remediation
- Identify cyber security gaps in existing and proposed projects, services, and processes
- Participate in global security projects
- Support local security teams in Singapore, Pune, and Manila with strategic and tactical guidance
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of security solutions, or enhancements to existing cyber security solutions, to improve overall enterprise security
Qualifications
What are we looking for:
- 5-7 years working experience in a senior information or cyber security role
- Experience communicating with C-Level customers and clients
- Experienced with vendor management
- Deep knowledge and experience in all information security domains
- Solid knowledge about Cloud
- Working experience in Threat Intelligence Management
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
It is a plus if you have:
- Information and Cyber Security certificates like CISSP, SANS or similar
- Working experience with AWS or Oracle Cloud
- Working experience with penetration testing and vulnerability analysis tools
- Working experience in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Incident Response
