• Work with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend reach of CyberArk’s cloud security solution in the assigned geography.
• Be recognized internally as a subject-matter expert on cloud security including how to best position against competitors in our market(s).
• Supporting sales team to identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales quota.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years sales or consultancy experience in the cloud security/DevSecOps market
• Regional selling experience in either of these regions i.e ASEAN, ANZ, North Asia, Japan, India, Korea
• A consistent proven track record as an enterprise software sales / sales specialist meeting or exceeding assigned quota.
• A demonstrated history of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.
• In-depth knowledge on cloud security best practices and technologies employed by large enterprises.
• Good knowledge of cloud security market landscape. Ability to compare and differentiate competitors with CyberArk solutions.

Job Scopes:

• Handling, reviewing, drafting and assisting execution of contracts for :

Sales and Purchase of natural resources such as LNG;

Derivative transaction based on ISDA;

Time Charter Party for LNG Ship; and

any related matters thereof.

• Preparing any necessary documentation for implementing each transaction above. (e.g. KYC documents, invoices, internal decision-making documents and any related works thereof).
• Supporting and implementing legal and compliance efforts for KEFTS and promoting an ethical and legally compliant business culture. Partnering with the business, management, and employees to achieve desired compliance results.
• (e.g. research current compliance issues in the relevant market with compiling such information, hold and lead internal compliance discussion, support drafting compliance plan and/or procedure and any related works thereof.).
• Assisting research of a broad range of laws and regulations in Singapore affecting the operations of KEFTS including those arising from corporate structures and business models.
• Assisting legal works of the senior members including developing legal strategies and solutions, often in situations of high risk with limited time for assessing alternatives by necessary research, idea or relevant documentation.
• Supporting, collaborating, supervising and coordinating legal work sent to external law firms.
• Assisting in internal investigations and making related recommendations to the relevant committees for consequences of potential non-compliance based on facts identified through the investigation process
• Understand the risks around energy trading transactions including market risk, credit risk, operational risk etc.
• Understand our Mid-Term Plan to expand the energy trading with the risk management framework authorised by the Parent Company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies or equivalent and/or at least 2-3 years’ working experience supporting legal matters in law firms.
• Experience in handling contracts and documentations for trading, sales and purchase of commodities and transactions of international commodities (eg. oil, gas, LNG, etc) for at least 2-3 years in the LNG or oil and gas markets is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore law is highly preferred.
• Experience handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiation, especially for contracts described in Scope 1, is preferred.
• Working experience in Japanese company is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new custom parsers for parsing and field extraction of new log source types, including testing and finetuning
• Research, evaluate and identify the most appropriate mechanism for efficient parser development
• Modify and enhance existing parsers to adopt to log variants
• Document the newly created or modified parsers
• Work with engineering team to deploy and test the new or modified parsers
• Update development progress and issues to team lead
• Provide inputs to Delivery Managers on log format changes required to reuse existing parsers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in log management, log onboarding to SIEM, connector development, scripting and/or data engineering
• Certified as Splunk Core Power User or higher
