• Lead/Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion
• Drive continuous improvement for architectural services by reviewing current workflow practices together with management
• Establish good working relationships with different parties to promote continued partnerships
• Support the procurement of new business
• Mentor and supervise the training and development of the team

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience as project architect
• Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing such as the Board of Architects (BOA)
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape
• Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
• Experience in private and public residential project in Singapore

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Preparation of detailed schedule and monitoring the progress closely to ensure on-time completion
• Preparation of detailed method statements and relevant documents
• Coordination between client, consultant and sub-contractor(vendors)
• Attend the meeting with the stakeholders
• Generate and handle company reports, meetings and documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Handle technical and engineering issue
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Civil Engineering Experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of Vehicular structures and road projects including traffic diversions preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
• Should have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction including TRAFFIC DIVERSION and other site works
• Must have knowledge and understanding of basic Traffic Control COP and LTA standards
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
• Candidates with CSCPM/BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height certificates would be an advantage

To supervise the construction of bored tunnel structures in compliance with the requirements of the BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client. Lead a team of Resident Technical Officer in the supervision works. Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in civil engineering projects. Underground/tunnelling supervision experience will be an advantage. Registered Resident Engineer by IES/ACES.
