Job Description:

• Engage tourist guides during the ground checks to raise their awareness on correct conduct and practices on tourist guiding.
• Observe and spot any breaches or violations of tourist guide licensing regulations and/or other misconduct by tourist guides.
• At the end of the shift, to record and put up a report for listing all the locations and places of interest checked during the shift, and the date and time of the checks; and detailing any observations which require further investigations by Investigation Officers

(b) Travel Agents

• Assist C&E officers conducting checks on travel agents.

(c) Hotels

• Conduct compliance checks on licensed hotels and hostels.
