DESCARTES PROGRAM

The DesCartes programme is developing a hybrid AI, combining Learning, Knowledge and Reasoning, which has good properties (need for less resources and data, security, robustness, fairness, respect for privacy, ethics), and demonstrated on industrial applications of the smart city (digital energy, monitoring of structures, air traffic control).

The Research Fellow will assist with primary legal research in a variety of legal fields associated with cutting edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology research, from innovation and intellectual property laws to data governance (including access to data, data commons, compliance with data protection laws). The Research Fellow will contribute to the development of best practice guidelines and governance systems and participate in research administrative tasks. About the Role

As a Junior SIEM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and tuning of our SIEM-based product. You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers, cybersecurity experts, and data scientists to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our security monitoring and threat detection capabilities. Role and Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to perform the following duties:

· Assist in the design, development, deployment and implementation of SIEM-based features and functionalities for our security platform solution.

Summary of role:

Provide an efficient and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department and the Medical Department, helping HOD to prioritise and manage their time, support department to achieve organization targets.

Main Duties:

1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department:

• Handling correspondences and call on behalf of the Head of Department
• Support the Head of Department in clinical rosters, leave matters/applications, court appearance, travel plans and claim matters
• Verify the doctors’ claims before routing the Head of Department to approve
• Contact point for meeting scheduling and calendaring matters support for Head of Department

• Verify leave applications against doctors’ roster and follow up with doctors on pending leave applications for KPI payments
• Provide advice and guidance on institutional’s policies for doctor’s adherence
• Monitor doctors’ vendor conference sponsorship eligibility
• Facilitate resource modifications to doctors' clinics and OT sessions

4. Provide secretarial and administrative support to specific clinician leaders
