· Register intercompany Journal entries on timely manner and co-ordinate with subsidiaries to register the corresponding intercompany entries.

· Assist in Intercompany reconciliation at the end of the month.

Others

· Communicate with subsidiaries, banks and suppliers when needed.

· Ensure proper and timely filing of the documents.

· Visit bank if needed.

· Any other adhoc admin duties as required by supervisors/managers.

• Design and administer follow-up surveys in project pilots and assist with any other forms of data collection required.
• Assist with cross-checking of supporting documentation for pilot reimbursement purposes and claims processing.
• Liaise and coordinate with the relevant parties for project operations.
• Handle queries related to projects.
