Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chairman with scheduling, daily operations, and key task coordination

• Manage meeting arrangements, record minutes and follow up on resolutions

• Draft, revise and manage policy documents, official correspondence, and reports

• Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events, receptions and meetings

• Oversee foreign affairs and office services

• Manage personnel tasks within the Chairman's office

• Execute assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Chinese, Law, Administrative Management,

Journalism

• Prior experience assisting D-level executives with document planning and writing in a large or

medium-sized corporate environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (CET-6) and native Chinese,

particularly in a professional context

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Flexible thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills, able to thrive

under pressure

• Mobile and versatile, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly

• Valid Class 3/3A driving license with a minimum of three years’ driving experience

• Willingness to travel overseas as needed

• Salary ranges $5,000 to $6,000/month

• 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 3 – 6 mths probation, 14 days AL, medical, travel insurance

Job responsibilities:

· Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy

· Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system

· Responsible for replenishment of material when items are low

· Track all equipment to ensure they are in place and in use with compliance from team

· Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures

Pre-requisites:

· Knowledge of Industrial Consumables / MRO market and products and their applications

· Minimum vocational/academic qualifications required

· GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.

· Professional Qualification required

· Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages required
