Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile registration documents according to country-specific guidelines.
• Consolidate raw data, reference information, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing GMP-related requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments and customers to gather registration requirements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (NEA, SCDF, SPF, HSA and MOM) on licensing, compliance and other legislative matters.
• Evaluate new products if license is required according to local regulations.
• Prepare Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and GHS labels in accordance to Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards.
• Manage registration sample requests, receipts and dispatch by proper recording and monitoring and storage.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or any other science-related course
• Experience in lab testing is an advantage, but entry-level are welcome too (training provided)
• Posses good analytical skills, meticulous & organised

We are looking for an energetic and self-starting Operations Assistant to join our team. The role involves collaborating with team members, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior administrative, retail experience and knowledge of our product offerings are preferred.

Tasks and duties

Support the Operations Executive with data entry, training, scheduling, and related tasks.

Schedule appointments, organize files, and distribute mail.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.

Maintain and file forms, documents, and logs.

Source and order office/operational supplies as needed.

Analyze operations and suggest improvements to the Manager.

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Maintain records of business activities, including financial records and inventory.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and projects.

Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to management.

Accounts Payable Functions

· Perform accounts payable functions, including data entry of supplier invoices/petty cash/claims and related accounting documents into the systems

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

· Prepare payments to suppliers weekly and ad-hoc basis

· Perform monthly bank reconciliation.

· Perform and maintain proper filing of purchase invoices.

· Monthly reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts.

· Assist in month end closing

Accounts Receivable Functions

· Assist AR department on sorting, scanning invoices and sending it to customers via email and uploading in customer portals.

· Perform and maintain proper filing of sales invoices.

· Update sales collection and assist in bank reconciliation (cash, cheque, bank transfers)

· Send monthly statement of accounts (A/R) to clients.

· Assist in preparing periodic ageing receivable reports by following up with clients on outstanding payments via email/calls.

· Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries or concerns.

· Assist in month end closing

Admin Functions

· Maintain proper documentation and filing including archiving

· Assist in any admin and ad-hoc duties assigned

• Assist stock take and incoming stocks
• Daily picking, receive incoming shipment and local delivery
• Sorting of parts from shipment accurately
• Label, palletise and binning of parts for warehouse storage

• Optimize the warehouse space
• Assist in the day to day operations within the warehouse
• Execute actions in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• Min GCE N/O/A Level, Diploma or equivalent
• Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
• Willing to work in Tuas & Benoi
• Forklift license preferred
• Able to manage 10kg & above load
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:
