• Ensure risks relating to employees, HR policies and practices are mitigated through appropriate actions and robust control mechanisms

• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation and employment law

• Responsible for administration of the HR Management system, in the upkeep of data, reports, leave management and HR processes- troubleshooting, configuration and facilitation

• Regulatory reporting to MOM and responsible for all MOM-related transactions: Work Pass applications, cancellations etc.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in a HR generalist preferably in a regional or global role.

• Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues

• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills

• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment

• Well-developed organizational and project management skills

• Strong team orientation

5-days work week ($1800 basic + OT)

Duties:

• Receive and check incoming stock.
• Loading and unloading of stock.
• Pick & Pack, Labelling before dispatch.
• Liaise with Sales Dept for sales order requirement.
• Conduct stock take in orderly manner.
• Maintaining IT peripherals in good conditions.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Able to start immediate will be good.
• Comfortable to work in warehouse environment.
• Preferably with IT product knowledge will be advantagous.
• Able to carry heavy stock such as IT server, Printer, PCs, Monitors etc. (able to drive a pallet Jack).
• Able to work in fast pace environment.
• Might require OT work based on daily workload.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

School science lab assistant (4 months contract, $2,300 per month

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, Fridays: 7:45 am to 4:45 pm

Job Description

• Facilitate the delivery of science practical lessons and assist in the smooth running of the Science laboratories.
• Support the science practical lessons in the preparation and setting up of apparatus, reagents and materials.
• Manage the operation, safety and general maintenance of the school Science laboratories.
• Maintain inventories of expandable and non-expandable items and equipment in the science laboratories.

Requirement

• 2 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably possess at least a diploma in a Science or engineering related discipline or equivalent.
