Responsibilities:

• To assist with loading and unloading of goods at office and delivery sites
• Ensure all loading/unloading is done in a timely and orderly fashion with minimal errors
• Checking of delivery orders before deliveries.
• Ensure all documentation is signed and acknowledged by the relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Good memory recall
• Must be able to understand basic English for clearer understanding of product codes
• Be responsible, and possess a willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience is advantageous but not a must.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support where necessary to clients on making a claim.
• Process, monitor and manage claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with various parties ie. insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters, lawyers, etc. on claims.
• Enter the claims details and ensure all claims data is accurately entered into the system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims.
• Check details of claims submitted for settlement, process and arrange collection of claim settlement funds in a prompt manner.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents as required.
• Provide the necessary claims information to the broking team to aid in renewal process.
• Provide administrative support to the Claims team.
• Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the Company.

Qualification and Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Insurance industry.
• Experience in handling Marine claims is an added advantage.
• Fresh Gruaduates with good results welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Singapore citizens or Singapore PR only.

Remuneration

Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience.

• Ensure proper documentation in project files, Handles project insurance and its insurance claims
• Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects
• Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports
• Generate invoices
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries
• Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
