• Review temperature excursion reports and perform adjudications.
• Monitor shipments and site compliance.
• Track excursions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate with customers and clinical sites regarding temperature surveillance.
• Assist with technical queries and quality incident reports.
• Generate routine customer-specific reports.
• Attend meetings and teleconferences.
• Adhere to SOPs and GMP requirements.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience in temperature-controlled logistics or clinical trial services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
