Your Role

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the chaperone services provided to our clients.

Key responsibilities

● Handle the referral process for new clients received from the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)

● Arrange and conduct home visits for new and existing clients to assess their needs and ensure proper chaperone support

● Assign chaperones on a weekly basis

● Accompany clients/seniors from their homes to scheduled medical appointments and back home safely

● Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during transport and medical appointments, providing necessary care and assistance as required

● Assist clients with navigating the hospital, including helping with prescription collection and noting upcoming medical appointments

● Organize and arrange training sessions for chaperones to enhance their skills and knowledge

Any Other Duties

● Undertake or participate in department and society events or activities

● Any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

● 18 years old and above

● Singaporean or Permanent Resident

● Willingness to learn

● Good interpersonal and communication skills

● Strong organizational and coordination skills

● Proficient in written and spoken English

● Ability to speak in dialect is a plus

About This Role:-

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Applicant Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Relationship Management, you act as the point of contact for applicants throughout the onboarding journey, coordinating process flows and information exchange between applicants and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing the account application, process applicant and following up with prospects to ensure all required documents are properly completed and submitted. Additionally, you will help facilitate connectively between the exchange and our applicants’ institutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a high standard of onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for exchange member applicants on all onboarding related matters such as, document collection, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documents, following up with applicants on missing or incomplete documents, answering applicants’ queries, account set up, and pre/post trade issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support and ensure applicants receive a high standard of onboarding experience.
• Work in a matrix organisation to ensure prioritisation of tasks are effectively communicated to operations, technology, and compliance colleagues.
• Continually seek ways to improve the end-to-end process and journey by leveraging on applicants’ feedback.
• Escalate any issues or concerns to management as appropriate.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma / Degree is preferred.

Experience and Skill

• Have at least 2 years of experience in onboarding institutional or high net worth individual / corporate clients and are familiar with the documents required for AML/KYC and due diligence.
