Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Government agencies on deliveries matter
• Arranging delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis
• Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters
• Maintain asset inventory and data records
• Liaising with clients for relocation and arranging with in-house driver team
• Preparing IT Engineers schedules for on-site to perform cryptographic erasure and verification before arranging driver to collect back the equipment from agency
• Preparation and submitting monthly reports for each tender
• Sending reminder emails in the interval of 3 months, 2 months and 1 month before the expiry dates to agencies to prepare and return the equipment before end-of-lease date
• Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people and maintaining a good rapport
• Proficient in MS office

Others:

• Able to start immediately
• 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

As a Programme Coordinator, you will:

▪️ Coordinate with trainers and facilitators on a daily basis to ensure workout sessions are conducted smoothly.

▪️ Ensure timely processing of reports and maintain proper documentation.

▪️ Manage customer service.

▪️ Liaise with various venue owners to use their space for workouts.

▪️ Need to be on standby during evenings and weekends when there are classes.
